these are the best(especially stretch) but my workout after *streching*(the best part) :
Climber 30x
Burpees 10x
Bicycle cr. 30x
Dips(or Push ups) 15x
Sit-ups 30x
Squats 15x
and sets: as possible as u can do in 15-20 mins. (5-6x 30 mins)
Do dat the stretch part and kick the pain in the muscles 🙂

The video is great, but nothing about this workout is "strength" based for that dude. This is an endurance video (hence the emphasis on time) But it is good regardless.
