¼ Cup Ground Pork
4 Tbsps Annatto Seeds Oil
3 Tbsps Sugar
½ tsp Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder
2 tsps Granulated Garlic Powder

1. Để dầu ăn nóng lên, cho mầu dầu điều vào đảo đều đun sôi trong 2 phút.
2. Cho nước, cơm, muối, bột canh, đường, dầu hào, thịt lợn, bột tỏi vào đun 15 phút.
3. Cho dầu điều lúc đầu làm vào.

How do i blend this without a hand blender? Should i put in a regular blender and blend it then put it back in and cook again before adding the oil or should i pre blend everything before even putting it in the pot?
